The bad news continues to roll in for the Democrats.

Their case for convicting the President on their sham articles of impeachment is collapsing and now the Supreme Court is weighing in.

And the Supreme Court handed Trump this 2020 win that had him grinning from ear to ear.

During the Trump administration, Democrats have used local District Court Obama and Clinton judges to block Donald Trump’s agenda with nationwide injunctions.

In the eight years of Barack Obama’s Presidency, judges applied just 20 nationwide injunctions.

By comparison, in just three years of Donald Trump’s Presidency, judges slapped 40 nationwide injunctions on the Trump administration, with the most high profile cases involving immigration.

The Trump administration slowly knocked these down at the Circuit and Supreme Court level, but the concept of nationwide injunctions appears to be on its last legs.

In a five-four decision allowing the Trump administration to proceed with a plan to deny visas to immigrants who are likely to end up on welfare, Justice Neil Gorsuch took aim at nationwide injunctions and made it clear the conservative majority on the Supreme Court is looking to end the practice for good.

“It has become increasingly apparent that this Court must, at some point, confront these important objections to this increasingly widespread practice. As the brief and furious history of the regulation before us illustrates, the routine issuance of universal injunctions is patently unworkable, sowing chaos for litigants, the government, courts, and all those affected by these conflicting decisions. Rather than spending their time methodically developing arguments and evidence in cases limited to the parties at hand, both sides have been forced to rush from one preliminary injunction hearing to another, leaping from one emergency stay application to the next, each with potentially nationwide stakes, and all based on expedited briefing and little opportunity for the adversarial testing of evidence,” Gorsuch stated.

Donald Trump remaking the judiciary is one of his greatest achievements.

If Trump’s Supreme Court appointees provide the decisive votes to end the ability of the Left to utilize judicial tyranny to sabotage Republican Presidents’ agendas, then Trump will have secured a victory that will long outlast his time in office.

Renewed Right will keep up-to-date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
